I disagree, it looks like the shot where he pencils in his fake eyebrows in front of a mirror and decides to arch the left one juuuuust a bit higher. :lipsrseal

I was thinking more along the lines of when Vader realized who Leia was and the camera cut back to Luke's reaction...realizing his thoughts betrayed him.

It was a joke, with the look of suprise on his face. More like "I KISSED MY SISTER....BLECK!!!!"
