Thanks for the comments guys! :D
If anyone cares it was 18x24, and I did it for my history teacher (and for my portfolio hehehe). Sadly, I wasnt even in art this year. Im going to be in Ap Art and Special Studies Drawing Painting and I will be working independently, so I can do whatever I want. For the AP class its basically creating a portfolio, and I need to do lots of stuff over this summer, so.. stay tuned for more SW stuff!

well, that's your school's art department's loss that you weren't a part of them this year.
keep up the great work matt, i'm sure you'll amass a killer portfolio!

Thanks figgy! Thats what I was thinking about them! :crazed:
I tell ya what- im gonna get something from next years district art show if its the last thing I do. I had two pieces in there in the past 2 yrs that I was in art and didnt get jack, and one of my friends was the winner this year and it was this little simple painting (no offense to her or her work of course). bah! Hopefully third time is the charm.

I worked a little bit on the mustafar battle, but its definitly still a WIP.. More to come now that Im in an art classes for two periods.

Now THAT is what I'm talkin' 'bout! I love the battle damage that reveals parts of the faces of the clones! This is the kind of work that made me go back to battledamage.com over and over. Too bad that site is gone.
That is awesome work MM. And I would really like to commosion a piece if you ever get time to do it for me.

Glad someone likes em.. If I remember Ill try to take some "normal" pics of the clone. The new Nikon camra I have is really kickass, the quality is amazing (see myspace blog in link in my sig for the LA at night slideshow), but the quality went down when I messed with the pics to get them to blend in with the backgrounds (which btw were actual photos I was holding up behind them :p )
I might have to go into the back yard and have to have a little play session with the ole' toys and take some more pics.
As for commissons- I would love to. I have a few projects planned, and a few deadlines to meet, so Ill get back to you. Go ahead and Pm/email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) to throw some ideas around.
