Better known as the principal from "The Breakfast Club" (and the incompetent police chief in "Die Hard"), he also played Jeremitt in "Ewoks: The Battle for Endor."

He was awesome and will be missed. I loved him in the more recent Not Another Teen Movie. Great stuff there.

RIP Mr. Paul Gleason.

That sucks. I was hoping he would return as Det. Dwayne T. Robinson in Die Hard 4.

"Could You Describe the Ruckus Sir ?" love those two lines, LMAO whenever that line comes up in Die Hard. It's a shame he's gone. always loved watching him in the movies.

I heard a ruckus don't get smart with me. *points* The bartender line came up right after the cops showed up at Nakatomi Plaza.

Just watched the Miami Vice episode "When Irish Eyes Are Crying" tonight. Gleason has a small role in it along with Liam Neeson. He's definitely not the wisecracking cop from Die Hard or the hard knox principal from Breakfast Club but somehow he fits the role of IRA terrorist. Gleason's work will live on and he will be remembered.

But what about the body that fell out of the window? Probably some stock broker that just got depressed.
