Here is a great custom that is WAY easy to do. The same guy that did the Royal Guard custom told be about this.

Interesting- Im assumin you head swapped with the DSG and hallowed out the helmit? Looks good- only thing I would suggest is some good weathering, heck these guys were scouts- dirty em up! :p

Yes...DSG's head...but I did not dremmel out the helmet. I chose to not lose a figure to make him. I just swap the head for the helmet when I don't want to display him like this.
And, actually, I prefer the clean troopers as I like to do formations and they gotta look their best for those (not to mention the fact that I am a non-painting bumpkin).

On the Death Star there were clean Biker Scouts standing in formation for the Emperors arrival if I remember correctly. Looks cool Darth Cruel!

Now that's an excellent idea!!
A little molding (removable) for the DSG head peg and you can put the helmet on it and keep the Scout with the DSG's head. Therby having two figures, instead of one headless...
Nice, I'm going to have to do this too.
