View Full Version : Figure Stands - Where to buy?
09-16-2006, 04:43 AM
Looking for figure stands (prolly about 100), but the places I find them at are being ludacrous with the pricing. http://www.protechproductsinc.com/starwars.htm this place has a good price, but I am unsure of how reliable and stuff they are.
Sorry if this is a redundant thread or whatever, I did a search but didn't find anything.

Is this is the wrong section or something? Didn't know where to put it. If somebody could point me in the right direction, I'd be gratefull.

I moved your thread to the most active regular figure forum.
Protech has been good to me in the few small dealings I've had, but I think they're just reselling Real Stands' stands there: http://www.realstands.com
However, Real Stands (which are good stands, I have a few, they're clear and thin and tapered at the edges and have 2 pegs) seems to be out of them till Monday, and their best bulk price isn't as good as Protech's 100 count price.
But I could be wrong, Protech is a local plastics manufacturer for collectibles cases, they make a lot of their own stuff and have a permanent presence at the local collector show Frank & Sons. I know they sell stuff they don't make as well, so it's a gamble - I suppose you could ask them outright.

Brian's Toys has the single peg stands for .30 a piece at his sight.

You can buy Real Stands through Entertainment Earth- they're even in the catalog.

Comes up when you search for "Real stand". The catalog price is cheaper, so ask for the catalog price. For some reason, even though I've told them twice, they haven't adjusted the web price to match.
