Why oh Why are these figures so kick butt and the AOTC figures so poor.

I will search High and low come march for these... they looks great !!

I think they look very good. Not to get into the whole AOTC discussion, but the POTJ line has been one of my personal favorites. I love the sculpts (mostly) and we have been able to get figures we have not had before. Plus the deluxe line is very nice (Bacta Luke and Leia) and the 12 inch line is impressive as well.

Very nice jobs on this entire wave. BoShek's face is great, and the over all figure just reeks of "open me and play with me!"


My biggest complaint would be with Teebo. His stripes are much less pronounced on the figure than what's displayed on the card, even on the figure on the back. His teeth are also less detailed, but at least they didn't pull an X-Wing Luke on him. He's still a great sculpt. :)

This is a great ending to the best line of Star Wars figures... I wish it didn't have to end, it's not fair! :(

Bo Shek - Ok, this guy kicks, majorly... Want to fill up those Cantinas? Buy various Bo Sheks and just leave the helmet on them. Sweet gun and a working holster to boot, great sculpt too. Me like.

Teebo - New spear mold! Yub yub, horray! :D Nice mold, his head gear could've used a little tweaking, but sweet figure nonetheless, and it's not a Wicket mold! :)

I agree with all of you! Wow, what a great trio of figures! I am so glad that they are finally making more Ewoks, starting with Teebo and Paploo. I can't believe how few of them have been made so far. I think the demand for Ewok figures has been totally underestimated. Now, we need to see Chief Chirpa, Lumat, Warok, Romba, the Ewok Village, heck, even a new Ewok hang glider would be cool. And why stop there? There are plenty of other Ewoks that have never been made into a figure yet.

As I said in another thread, I think R4-M9 is also a fantastic looking figure. And BoShek? Oh yeah, he'll definitely become a regular in my cantina playset. :happy:

I just hope I can find this wave because it's going to sell very well, I think.:greedy:

Like the posts above me, these figures kick major butt. They are some of the best ever from the POTJ. Shame on Hasbro for ending his terrific line. How about hasbro going with both lines. There's no reason they can't keep POTJ, hell I can't even find the first wave is stores. I resorted to e-bay, I know I know, but I could not wait to get my hands on FX-7! They would sell out of them if we continued to get classics from them. I do like the AOTC line but is it just me or does it looks like they hired a new sculptor for AOTC. If not, definitely a new production design crew.

Lord Tenebrous, I agree that Teebo's stripes could use some more definition. That's the first thing that I observed.

Does anyone know if Bo Shek's right arm is articulated at the elbow?

R4 looks so cool I have to go back on anything negative I said. I'm man enough t admit I was wrong. :o

teebo could have had better stripes but the sculpt is just tip top. Love it loads.

BoShek is a fine figure apart from his upturned feet which i worry will tip him over forwards but apart from that he lloks great. no silly wide stance there.

Please oh please let the upcoming classic figures be of the same quality and not the same tardy lameness of the episode two figures. I'll be praying until I see them........ :)
