Wasn't there a topic on the Medicom SW 12" figs before? Maybe I'm nuts. There is now lol.

There has been, but they have all been figure specific. The search function can help. I personally think Medicom rules, unless you are a stickler for having consistency in scale.

I do have the RAH Jango on preorder from Sideshow. IMO Jango is the better Fett.

Thought i saw a sandtrooper and a boba fett. both looked nice.
I still cant decide if I should get these or wait for SS to do armored figures.
I had bought the RAH luke jedi and vader, but really wasnt happy with either figure. The SS luke jedi was way better, and the RAH vader was much to small.
That said, however, these latest armored guys from RAH look great.

After enduring a string of sketchy production figure turnouts from Sideshow as well as a lack of armored characters, I've been turning toward Medicom's figures. I have the Stormtrooper, and both Fetts are on pre-order.

I love Medicoms, I already have OT Vader, Stormtrooper, Blackhole Stormtrooper and the Sandtrooper should arrive any time now.

I have Medicom's RAH Rocketeer, Jack Sparrow(sorry, "Capt. Jack Sparrow"), CIV Sandtrooper, stormtrooper & "folded arms"(lovvvveeee ittt!) Ep. III Vader. Have Boba & Jango Fett on P/O. As I've previously mentioned...I love this line(keep them coming). Yes, they're pricier than Sideshow, but the quality is ALL there.

Off topic but I received the Hot Toys Robocop with Flightpack yesterday.

I got mine

Looks cool, but the helmet seems a little off on a Sandtrooper, probably because Medicom used more ESB and ROTJ influence on it.

The helmet is right on size but the black stripe is from ROTJ. On the other hand he looks amazing, the rifle open up where you insert the ammo on the original WW2 German machine-gun MG-34. I had a slight problem with his left shoulder armor part which fell off but I glued it back and looks even better than the original.

The shape of the "nose" and distance of the "eyes" to the "mouth" seem much more like the ESB & ROTJ versions than the ANH one.

It is a ROTJ helmet, the only thing that is a bit inaccurate...

It seems Medicom will release RAH Darth Maul and Ewok... Hmmmm...

RAH Darth Maul (http://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2007/07/medicoms-16-rah-darth-maul-sith.html)

That ewok looks sharp, but wow, $60! Did I read that correctly? Other than that, I still fail to understand why medicom is making figures already covered by Sideshow. . .

I have a couple of medicoms, no pics of Luke ROTJ but I have pics of Rocketeer standing next to HT Robocop 3.

Actually, Turambar, Sideshow isn't covering most of what Medicom has presented: sandtrooper, stormtrooper, Vader(x2), Jango & Boba Fett, etc. I'm so stoked on their quality, yet pricey, collection...I've cancelled stuff from other companies. Mark me down for RAH Maul!

sergiurusu

They are pricey, but since I collect mostly OT/EU Imperials and droids they fit my taste perfectly. And RAH quality is AWSOME! Maybe not for this price but still no one to make better products in this line yet... I think I'll pass on Maul and wait for other OT troopers they might make.

...couldn't have said it better! And if you non-believers ever get your hands on the 1/6 scale stormtrooper...trust me, you'll be hooked.

I am tempted on the Medicom Boba and Jango Fetts..........they both look real good, but I have my Marmit Fett that still looks real sharp. The helmet is a bit too small looking, but he is much nicer than all the other ones made (until now) in that scale.

Please do you have a picture of that Marmit Fett?

Pictures wouldn't do the RAH Boba Fett justice(my wife's digital camera isn't working anyway). Did anyone else purchase from Sideshow? I believe Jango's been pushed back to NOV. Right now...I'd rather give Medicom my $$$, than waste it on Hasbro's endless parade of repacked figs. & battlepacks.

I have Jango on preorder as long as I get it I'm not complaining about delays.

I received the RAH ROTS Darth Vader last week, really great figure. I already have the ROTJ version and even if my collection focus is OT Imperials Vader (armored) is one of the small exceptions that can go to PT. :)

That's a nice figure. But the face underneath seems to be the real novelty for me. The rest doesn't look like a vast improvement over other high quality Vaders. Or is it? I only have an POTF era 12" Vader(an electronic one) and even though it's like 10 years old, it looks really good.

I have 3 RAH figures: Blackhole trooper, Shocktrooper and 501st Legion.

I used to have a 12" Hasbro Electronic Vader but there is NO comparison between that and any of the 1/6 Medicom RAH Vaders. And there are no other high quality Vaders besides the 2 RAH's and the forthcoming Sideshow 1/6 Vader. Of course we cannot compare these with Premium Format Vader or other statues, there is a difference from too many points of view.
