How many episodes does this appear in? I think it's brilliant, a real unexpected surreal twist in the story line.

I've seen the first one in the immigrants episode and the second in the one where Stan gets outsmarted by a car salesman, are there any more??

So far I think there are only the two episodes you mentioned. I wouldn't be suprised if it makes another appearance next season though. The jewel encrusted gold poo for American Dad seems to be what the Peter/Chicken fight is to Family Guy.
