I know, I know, the new season doesn't start until September, but I came across some interesting contestant info.

If you want to know about a couple of the contestants, check it out.

Still can't find info as to if filming has started.

What's next Survivor North Korea?

07-08-2007, 01:11 AM
what they should do, is get a group of people and put them on a deserted island and see if they can make it back to civilization, by having them build their own boats out of any materials they can find. no games, no immunity, have to hunt for their food, and build their own shelter. just straight up survival. now that i would watch, not this lame excuse for a survival game.
oh, and throw a cannibal into the group, that should make for some interesting viewing.

George Carlin had a great idea a few years ago. Throw a bunch of guys in this big fenced in area with all sorts of weapons and only give them whisky and pcp. Its a fight to the death where only one person wins and that final person is put on a pedastal given a toaster (or something else that you can plug in) and then he gets shot.

First commerical for Survivor China was shown during Sunday night's Big Brother!!

Nothing revealed about the contestants. Played up the fact that it's the first American show to film in China.

08-20-2007, 01:19 PM
I'm looking forward to a new season, should be interesting coming from China too.

08-20-2007, 08:56 PM
The cast has been announced:

Interesting group.

08-20-2007, 11:59 PM
Yea, seriously, can't believe a WWE Diva is on the show.....I mean I think she's got an amazing body....but still!

09-19-2007, 07:46 PM
Read something interested about the new Survivor. The show is going back to the basics with the China edition. No Exile Island crap.

There's still going to be a hidden immunity, and apparently it's hidden in plain sight but the contestants don't know it.

I'm really looking forward to the show.

Looks good so far.

I was surprised Chicken was sent packing. I thought Pein-Ge was going, just from being too bossy.

Remember the first rule of Survivor: you don't want to be too bossy during the first day. The bossy one goes home first.

I think James's team will dominate this season, or at least to the merge or change.

It looked like the whole team was completely lazy the first day, and Pei-Gee (or however it's spelled) took charge on the second or third. Chicken leaving really didn't surprise me much. He looked at first like he could be another "Big Tom," but after he totally locked up and stopped giving any opinions, he was pretty useless. When Pei-Gee told him pointblank that she hadn't given him any options to simply agree to, and needed an opinion, and he still kept saying, "What you just said," I figured he was a goner.

Guys, I think we saw Survivor Porn tonight during the reward challenge.

I have to say, if the tribe voted Dave off, they'd be dead. Yeah, he's annoying but he's getting stuff done. And they wouldn't survive without him.

If Dave makes it to the merge, he won't survive too long after that point.

And Ashley doesn't need the money.

Some of the dumb little college girls -- Courtney and Jamie in particular -- are clueless and need to go.

10-04-2007, 01:36 PM
I'm pulling for the Grave Digger...he's playing well. He's quiet, and strong and hasn't ****ed anyone off yet. But he should try to match up with someone for an alliance.

10-04-2007, 08:14 PM
I think we saw porn again tonight, guys.

Amanda keeps flashing America!!

After her performance during the immunity challenge, Courtney should've went home. She deserved to go home. And Jean Robert is right: she looks like she walked out of a concentration camp. She's only gonna get worse.

Leslie didn't do anything wrong.

If James was smart, he'd get in an alliance with someone quick...someone other than Jean Robert.

It'll be interesting now to see if they do survive or not.

Man, that Sherea is a total wack job too.

I guarantee you that no one on that team will make it to the final four. They're worthless.

Pee-Gee will be next. Not only did she stupidly vote Dave out, but everyone hates her almost as much as they hate Dave.

10-13-2007, 08:16 PM
To quote 3PO, they're doomed. What morons. They get what they deserve.

And Pegger's right: Sherea is a wack job.

10-21-2007, 11:00 AM
We had bad weather Thursday night, so the local weathermen took over all the evening TV viewing. When Survivor did come on, it was the last 10 minutes, during tribal council!!!

I flipped channels so I wouldn't see who got voted off.

The TV station supposedly aired Survivor again late Thursday night but I missed it. Have to go on cbs.com to see if the episode is there.

10-22-2007, 01:55 AM
Well, I pretty much hate PG and Blondie now - both are worthless. James is a physically awesome force to be reckoned with - one reason he is such a target. I hope PG is gone soon, followed by the blonde gal. Man, I hate both of them - how stupid can you be? Have they never watched Survivor? I hope their 'strategy' backfires completely!

El Chuxter
10-22-2007, 09:02 AM
I've never seen anyone so obviously and stupidly throw a challenge. Ever. And I doubt Pee-Gee has watched it; listen to her comments on what she takes for granted will happen. "We'll merge at ten, I know it." If nothing else, she should know that saying "I know it" means the producers are guaranteed to do something totally different.

10-22-2007, 09:55 AM
I have to admit - I hated last week episode. Not that i like Aaron that much, but it just disgusts me when people throw challenges. I was really hoping the other guy (can't think of his name) was going to switch side to vote out PG.

Unforetunately, I don't see James saving himself - unless the merge is this week.

10-24-2007, 09:14 PM
Just watched it online.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! How freakin' stupid are PG and Jamie???? It was pretty obvious they were throwing the competition.

If Survivor does another All-Star edition, James and Aaron deserve a slot on it.

I have to wonder if the producers had the switched planned or did so when the losing tribe kept losing. Dumb butts.

10-25-2007, 08:25 PM
Yeah, Sherea's gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She started talking too much at tribal council. Glad it came back to bite her in the butt.

And excuse me, Sherea and Courtney, I don't see your happy butts helping around camp.

I don't think I could've eaten a thousand-year-old egg or a bird fetus.

Still think James should take PG and Jamie out back and kick their butts for last week's dismal display. Even a blind man could've seen they were throwing it.

10-25-2007, 09:21 PM
Actually - the 1,000 year old egg ain't that bad - I've tried it - it's not a 1,000 years old...but the chicken fetus - no way...

I'm just happy Sherea's gone. What a stupid biatch is Courtney - He maight vot eme off later ... Who cares...It's all about numbers. There is 1 of him...and 5 + of you.

I hope she's next. Skinny freak.

11-01-2007, 08:22 PM
James really enjoyed himself tonight, didn't he? It's about time one of the good guys pulled the wool over someone.

11-01-2007, 09:20 PM
It was a good episode tonight. Laughed at Tribal. Too funny.

Jaime's coy little "Uh, Jeff, I have a question" led to THE greatest moment in Survivor history. Better than anything Rupert, Boston Rob, or Tom the Goatlover ever did. Man, she was an idiot. And Pee-Gee is just about as stupid, with her "Do you think James is still on our side?" Still? When was he ever?

Jaime's coy little "Uh, Jeff, I have a question" led to THE greatest moment in Survivor history.

That was a pretty good moment, wasn't it.

Here's hoping James the grave digger buries Jean-Robert, Peih-Gee, or Todd next. I can't stand those three, especially Peih-Gee and Todd.

11-02-2007, 01:56 PM
I really hope they don't blindside James next week....he's a hilarious character...and a gravedigger!!! PG needs to leave....and Todd needs to chill out....and worry about getting Jean-Ro-BEAR off instead....

El Chuxter
11-02-2007, 02:59 PM
I think whatshisface even suggesting they off James is going to reveal to his teammates how duplicitous he is. It will probably blow up in his face.

11-08-2007, 11:06 PM
Another good episode, all the faces at tribal council were funny.

11-09-2007, 04:14 AM
I loved the look on JR changing when at first he thought James was gonna go but more and more votes kept coming for him. And Denise looks real poed. I hope she wins.

11-10-2007, 01:33 PM
James has really opened up since the show started. He's pretty animated now.

I like Denise but if she makes it to the final four, she'll be lucky. She could be a swing vote for the different alliances. Yet, she's been left out of the loop for so many votes and going's on in the camps.

El Chuxter
11-10-2007, 03:06 PM
Despite seeming to have the least amount of "book smarts" this season, I think James is the smartest one on there.

11-16-2007, 08:09 PM
Poor Frosti never saw it coming.

And which Survivor said Courtney was cute and attractive? She's a walking skeleton!!!

11-16-2007, 09:20 PM
Poor Frosti never saw it coming.

And which Survivor said Courtney was cute and attractive? She's a walking skeleton!!!

Yea seriously.....girl should have had 7 burgers like James did.....

11-25-2007, 07:43 PM
The Thanksgiving clip show wasn't too bad. Gave some of the people (cough, cough, Courtney) a chance to look a little bit better.

11-29-2007, 08:32 PM
Poor James. He should've used the immunity.

I hope the producers were smart enough to invite him to the All-Star edition that's now filming.

Visiting the Shaolin temple was one of the coolest rewards Survivor has done. I'm glad Denise got to participate in it, since she's into the martial arts.

Todd's a smug little ... well, you get the picture. I hope he doesn't win.

At this point, I don't know who I want to win.

Mike Troxell
11-29-2007, 09:48 PM
I was pulling for James since the first episode, but this was an exciting move in the Survivor game and I'm glad that they were smart enough to do it.

Todd and Amanda are both smug, but they're playing smart games. At this point, my allegiances are shifting between Courtney and Erik, both of whom I've considered fairly likeable. Pei Gei is bland and if there's anybody else I missed I guess they are bland too.

12-13-2007, 08:07 PM
Oh, look: four women in the final!!!

I think it would've been smart to vote off Todd but Todd put up a good argument to stay.

PG was a little diullsional in her final talk. She wasn't a threat. She wasn't liked. She should be thankful for getting past the first tribal council!!

The outing to the Great Wall was cool!!

12-13-2007, 08:10 PM
I kinda hoped PG would have hung around and they had knocked out Todd...he is kinda funny to watch I guess.

12-14-2007, 03:59 AM
For some reason I don't want Denise to win anymore. Give it to Amanda or Skeletor....

Mike Troxell
12-14-2007, 05:03 AM
If PG would have gotten to the final two, she would have effectively been the first person to dumb their way to the win on Survivor.

12-14-2007, 06:28 AM
I wanted Todd to win - until last night. I mean, you get a reward, and then you b*tch and moan about it? An his theatrics at tribal were too much too.

If the ladies smarten up, and get rid of Todd next, then Amanda will win. Otherwise, he's got it wrapped.

Mike Troxell
12-14-2007, 06:51 AM
It's really Todd's or Amanda's game at this point. The only way Denise can win is if she's up against Courtney, and the only way Courtney can win is if everybody else dies.

12-16-2007, 09:24 PM
Very unsatisfying finale. Didn't want to see Todd win. He was too smug, cocky.

I knew Denise would go first; it was like the final challenge was designed for a cafeteria worker.

I was shocked that Amanda didn't do better in the final votes, but she was wishy-washy, going back and forth.

Courtney looked like a Swedish porn star during the reunion show. Almost unrecognizable.

12-17-2007, 08:06 AM
Yea, I had hoped Amanda would have won, she only got one vote and Courtney got 2? Jeez.....That girl was so disgusting to watch on the show, probably not weighing more than 70 pounds...the next season should be good, hopefully James will make it to it.

12-17-2007, 08:56 AM
Amanda blew it by not voting for Todd.

If she did - then Denise and Todd would have had to battle it out (which woul dhave been the best way to do it). That's why she lost.

Todd deserved the win. Was it just me, or did he totally look like Frodo last night? And what's up with the mullets?

James winning the fav. contestant doesn't surprise me. It was a good choice - he seems to be a nice guy.

12-17-2007, 07:41 PM
Courtney showed just how classy she was when she flipped Probst the bird on national TV. Smooth move, lady.

Next season does sound exciting.

12-20-2007, 07:48 PM
Looks like Denise twisted the truth just a tad...and got caught.
