It's weird, he straddles the line between a serious viewpoint and some serious nerdcore (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nerdcore_hip_hop), it comes off a little silly to say the least - that part about his mom especially (not that I doubt it happened, I know a lot of folks with that move).
