what is the best way to take figures apart, with out breaking him apart.
what do you find works best, now i know a blow drier works, but the joints attaching the shoulders to the body are more complicating than the others.
fore arms and knee joints i can do. but shoulders, heads, and SA torsos are the parts in question.
any help would be appreciated

You can use a blow-torch on the Anakin figures lol to get that Mustafar look.
Actually, I've heard you can place them in hot water (not boiling) to soften up the plastic so it doesn't break during careful pull-apart.
Though I will have to try that myself to see if it actually works.

This definitely works. It can even be boiling water.
Mando, Is there/are there specific figures that you're trying to take apart?

I've only ever boiled and popped the heads and some arms off of figures. I have no idea how to separate legs and torsos (without taking an exacto to them, which I'd prefer not to do).
