Vader & Luke Bespin Duel?

Well I was reading the Hasbro press release and I couldnt help to notice that they included Darth Vader and a Luke Skywalker Bespin Duel on the Episode 2 3'3/4 figure listing, are these the same figures we saw pics of last year that were supposed to be released on POTJ cards with a CD-Rom? Can you confirm this SirSteve or enlighten us with more info about it, Im just a bit surprised.

I saw that too. I think they are the CD-Rom figures just without the CD-Roms. I think the Vader was supposed to have Battle Damage as well or something like that.
