View Full Version : Greedos invade Texas! (Sci-Fi Expo/Toy Show)

The next Sci-Fi Expo and Toy Show will be held in Grapevine, TX September 8-9, 2001. They have just announced that addition of Star Wars guests, the two Greedos (Maria DeAragon and (tentatively) Paul Blake). Both are credited with having played Greedo. I have a Greedo figure signed by Ms. DeAragon from an earlier Sci-Fi Expo appearance so I will probably have Mr. Blake sign it as well. Also appearing (from Farscape and even Road Warrior) will be Virginia Hey and Lawrence Montaigne (from two episodes of the classic Star Trek). Both of these guests will be there on Saturday only (ironicly they are both appearing on Sunday at Creation's Star Trek show in Plano, TX that same weekend). Anyway, the show is open from 10AM-6PM on Saturday and 11AM to 4PM on Sunday. If you are (or will or can be) in the DFW area that weekend, why not stop in and check it out. Go to www.scifiexpo.com for more details.
Who knows, you might get to meet Bubba Fatt and/or Sith Worm that weekend as both will probably be hanging around at my table at interviews. You can even meet the long-winded JediCole if you can find my table. I should have a lot of Star Wars balloons I recently purchased around the area so you will know where to find me. Hope to meet some of you there.

Well, this is it, Toy Show time again. The Sci-Fi Expo & Toy Show is this weekend in Grapevine, TX and JediCole will be there. If you happen to be in the DFW area why not drop in and say hello, get an autograph from the Greedos, and search for bargains. I will have three tables of Star Wars figures, toys, comics, trading cards and other items (look for the red Star Wars balloons). Sith Worm and Bubba Fatt will almost certainly be seen hanging around my tables too! Hope to see some of the SSG crowd this weekend.
