I just threw this in the news: http://www.sirstevesguide.com/index.php?categoryid=11&p2_articleid=1255
When I took the picture of the 3 flashlights and 2 lasers, I didn't realize the Luke saber's carabiner had fallen out of its slot in the bubble, but it's not really that important.
At $5 each, these are must-haves. They're really cool, no way I'm using them on my keys though. :p The flashlights have 2 modes, hit the button once and the start blinking, hit it again and they stay on.
The Vader LED and Laser are identical on the outside except for the size of the opening on the light source - the LED has the wide opening for the blade while the laser has a tiny hole for the laser (this is about an inch into the emitter though, so it's not inaccurate). The build on my Vader LED is a little sloppy, both the emitter shroud and activation box ring came loose right away, though they did snap into place - none of the other sabers had these problems.
They look plastic, but the main bodies on all of them are indeed metal.
The flashlights are really cool, the best detail is Vader's, but Luke's is a close second. Luke's is easily the brightest with its blinding blue LED, Yoda's is second with a strong green LED, and Vader's red LED is the weakest since that's how it works with red LEDs. I'm thinking I may actually track down a second Luke saber for actual flashlight purposes, naturally it's the hardest to find. :ermm:
