View Full Version : I had a dream my 2008 Camaro was totally vandalized!

I got this 2008 concept Camaro with custom decaling just like in Michael Bay's Transformers! My own BumbleBee!
I went away for a trip out of town where I had to take a plane and left my sweet Camaro in my parking space.
Someone - or it could have been even a gang - totally slashed all the tires and smashed the windows, had cracked open the doors, stolen out the stereo and destroyed the interior. They had cut and cracked the fiberglass bumpers - I mean they just worked this car!
Of course it is more than a car to me. It's my buddy BumbleBee. I felt so bad for him and couldn't believe my eyes when I returned from my trip and saw what had happened to my beloved Camaro!
I was left wondering whether to take it personally - was this an act against ME? Or did Decepticon fans who hate Autobots do this because of who my car resembled? I also entertained the notion that a real Decepticon came down from the planet Cybertron to do this to my car (also because of who it resembled), but I don't think a Decepticon would bother with slashing tires. They'd likely just fire a weapon at it that would reduce an ordinary car to ashes.
But I woke up personally offended by this and it took a minute or so to realize I drive an SUV and never owned a Camaro.

First sweat pants and now a Camaro?! What's next? You gonna tell us about the big sales at your local K-Mart? :whip::love:

Off-topic, somewhere in either San Diego or Escondido, there's a car painted to match Alternators Smokescreen perfectly. It passed me on the 15-S once.

Maybe you should just get an 88 and paint it like Matt Trakker's Thunderhawk.

the alternator was based on that car.
Tyke are you saying you had a dream that you had a Camaro and so forth....
OR
Are you saying you DO have a 2008 Camaro and that you had a dream about it?
I'm confused.
Please answer the questions within the first 200 words of your reply so I know the answer. :)

Caesar, I never owned a Camaro except in this dream.
Jedi_Master_Guyute, I will e-mail you some pictures of girls which I'd prefer you dream about ;)
But pictures of beer can be substituted upon request.

If Tycho had really gone out and preordered a Camaro to match Bumblebee, I can assure you all that I would, for the good of our group, drive down to his house and kick him square in the crotch.
This is all about Tycho harassing his fellow San Diegans who have Decepticon logos on their cars, I bet.
Oh, and the Camaro isn't fiberglass.

Dude: let's get political Cybertronian style for a moment here. There is no logical reason for anyone (especially if you're human) to trust and follow Megatron. Starscream has the most to gain from it because if he ever gets smart and changes his typical plodding schemes, he can take over the Decepticons. If you are anyone else (with perhaps exceptions made for Soundwave or Shockwave who's loyalty does seem to be rewarded), you're a fool for following or showing admiration for Megatron. He alone really embodies what the Decepticons are. And I did say fool, right? - well Thundercracker, Brawl, Bonecrusher, Ramjet - I can go on, but I think I made my case.
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings." Well let's act like sentient beings and support Optimus Prime and display the Autobot symbol when being a proud Transformer fan! The Decepticon icon is nothing short of a symbol for apathy.
The Autobots have your own best interests at heart!

Actually, if you were a mine worker in Kaon who was laid off by Senator Decimus, I think following Megatron was definitely in your best interest.
Especially if you were a cassette.

Reading those Furman comic books definitely gives Chuxter an edge in the Cybertronian political discussion context.

Unfortunately it wasn't a Furman comic. If it were, it might not have sucked.
Megatron: Origin. The first IDW Transformer comic to not be worth the paper it's printed on.
