Cloud city instructions

Does anyone know if the instructions for the Cloud City set have a list of all the components and numbers (like the current sets do?)

I missed out on this one and don't really want to pay the $300 they go for on ebay.

Are there any special pieces in this set? Would it be possible to order all the pieces and make it myself?

Also, is there anyone who would scan the instructions - or is there a website which has uploaded instructions?
