Nice find! Looks like they did a good job too, way better than the Kenner original which was already pretty good.

From looking at an alien grandma in a swimsuit? Not a good sign.

Yarna...Doallyn...deleted scene Han, Luke and Chewie...ewok&wokling...clone wars figs...evolutions....battlepack with R5-M2, probe droid, hooded hoth han and EB Chewie...homing spider droid...AT-TE......:squareeye, I don't think my wallet can take all this. I'm already in a serious state of owing money on VISA with all my Hot Toys purchases....Hasbro? Don't release anything else this year.

They got her likeness pretty well. She looks really fat and disgusting, so it ought to live up to people's expectations. The knee joints look a bit weird with the gap in there, but thats just nitpickin.

I don't like the use of the 25th anniversary GI Joe style arms on her.

Very cool fig, overall - not loving the arm articulation thing either...!

well, I guess we are finally getting her. I just hope she doesn't pegwarm because if it does I have a feeling Hasbro will never give us another figure that we crave.

I think they may end up short packing the F out of her DA. This is a fan want and not really on any kids/parents lists. I won't be surprised if it takes me 2 to 3 months to actually find her after her initial release.

It always seems to be like that with overweight "Return of the Jedi" figures in particular (like Ephant Mon, and I only saw Hermi Odle once).

I'm sure if you look at all of the forums everyone is picking the figure apart and saying how much they hate it. That's just how sad it's gotten lately. Commander Cody is the best example. People b*tched for it and then when they got it they complained because it wasn't what they wanted.

What's with the knife? That's odd.

It's an "action" figure still. Hell, Bib Fortuna got one and he's a wuss!

El Chuxter
02-19-2008, 01:47 AM
Yeah, but Bib Fortuna I can actually imagine using one. Is Yarna stabbing people after lulling them into a trance with the seductive motion of her six boobs and innumerable rolls of flab slopping about as she boogies?

It's for making sangwiches.

jelly rolls.

Hasbro gives every character from the cantina and palace a weapon regardless of character personality or backstory.

Exactly, even holo figs have weapons

TDV, you need to change your location in light of this news. :)

They should have given her a "personal pleasure" weapon, batteries not included.

Glad to see that Hasbro listened, and we will be getting her.

She uses it to play knifey-spooney with Malakili.

I cant beleive she is the first figure with cankle articulation

I guess her six boobs aid in balancing, as she has no big toe to serve that purpose.

I cant beleive she is the first figure with cankle articulationAre all six of her cankles articulated or just two?

(edit: oh duh. Now I just googled "cankle" and saw that it's a real word. F***ing New Yorker and your advanced use of slang. ;))

I guess you dont have a ghetto in OregonNo... it's just that we're all in good shape with thin ankles here.

After 18 years living in the LBC (with Snoop D.O. double G) I suppose I should have heard that one. Maybe it's just an east coast thing...

I wonder who has the picture of the most Yarnas on the pegs at any one store? That should be some sort of contest from Hasbro. If you win, you get... A YARNA FIGURE!

I went to a local convention today and saw someone dressed as Yarna. I was rather impressed with the quality and realism of the costume.

I was also rather disturbed by the quality and realism of the costume.
