Well, my Garmin GPS came with a free subscription to audible.com...sort of. I subscribed for a free month with a couple of free audio book downloads. You can cancel before the end of the free trial.

So anyway, I went online and looked 'em up, my wife used to have an account. They have a pretty good selection and the audio books work on my GPS so I can download them to my Garmin and listen to them while I am driving.

I decided to give it a go.

has anyone here experienced audible.com? Any thoughts or input on the service/site?

Does anyone here listen to audio books while they drive?

I recently bought two audio books on CD, Stephen Colbert's "I Am America: And So Can You" and "Makers and Takers" by Peter Schweizer. I enjoyed both very much and have decided to listen to more audio books while I drive. It's a good way to keep up on a wide variety of subjects and make use of my time while driving that would otherwise be wasted.:D
