TSC Case Assortment breakdowns for the higher waves

I have been trying to find the Case Breakdowns for the higher waves in the TSC line. The forums here have a very good list but it has not been finished off and the thread has been locked (?).

I was keeping up with it, but lost time to do so. I was getting info from www.entertainmentearth.com as they sell cases.

It has been a while since EE had any cases in stock so no joy there :(
