New envelopes

Just a suggestion, it would be cool to see all the clasifications of the envelopes, the ones we currently have are the hot envelopes, normal envelopes and the envelope with the lock.

The ones we are missing are the dot envelopes and the dot envelope with the lines at top of it.

Dot envelopes tell you which threads you are currently participating in.

One thing we recently noticed is tha the dot envelopes that are hot don't match the non-dot hot envelopes, so that probably leads to the confusion.
