I rented Tiger's golf game for the Wii and I also highly recommend this.

The announcers and Tiger react to your well-placed drives (or not so well placed ones, too) and you can customize characters to look like yourself or any others you might want. I think you can choose other pro golfers, too.

The game play default has you as Tiger Woods.

The courses are real ones filmed on location at the scene of the PGA tours.

It's worth it for a different kind of game experience.

I'll assume the mechanics are pretty much the same as Wii Sports' Golf Game, just a lot more courses and club selection added in?

The features are a bit more complicated than that and you can pick up coaching advice from the sports announcers, too.

Plus they describe each hole in great detail.

I ended up buying this as a video store liquidated all it's items for about $20. I have been playing here and there and finally broke par. WOOHOO!!!

I've read that Tiger Woods 2010 used the new motion plus introduced in Wii Sports Resort.

I've seen that; I think it can actually be purchased with the WiiMotion add-on. Though I can't understand why anyone would not want Wii Sports Resort.

(And, yes, I hear it in my head with a silent "T," a la The Colbert Report.)

There's 2 versions of the 2010 game, one with and without. And yes, you can buy it seperately, but if you can buy a couple of bundled games, you do end up saving in the end.

And last night, not only did I break par, I picked up trophies for all fairways in a round, eagled the par 5s, and well shot a course record at The Falls. Now can I hold the lead going into Sunday...
