No doubt this thing will be spendy, but I'm liking the idea.

If they can make that, they can make the Emperor on his throne.

Exactly -that'd be very popular. However I'll pass on Thrawn. But I know all the EU fans will be thrilled.

Nice looking... I pre-ordered both a regular and an exclusive and will wait to see which one I cancel (if not both, we'll see how i feel later).

Yeah, an Emp and throne would be SWEET!

I passed on this, saving my money for something else.

OMFG the exclusive version is expensive!!! Is a chair really worth that much? I think the regular version is spendy enough, but I just can't imagine spending... what... an extra $150 on a frigging chair. Seriously?

The chair looks nice, but appears to big for Thrawn. I'm wondering if it's scaled for the Emperor, almost like, buy Exclusive Thrawn, get the Emperor's throne.

Either way, it's too expensive, especially with E2 clone trooper and CW Anakin released at the same time.

Two... hundred... dollars?!? The chair is nice, but it's such a BFD with this figure. If this was the Emperor, that'd be worth it, but c'mon, Thrawn, really? This feels like an odd choice, I decided to pass entirely as I'm getting pretty broke with Sideshow raising their prices more and more.

I like Thrawn. He's one of my favorite characters, but I can't spring for the chair too. I thought we would be getting just him with his Ysalamir.

Anyone think he's just a little too blue? I like him better with a subtle sky blue skin tone like the comics and the 2 Hasbro figures. I thought Hasbro and Sideshow collaborate on things like this? If they do, someone needs to clue Sideshow about his skin being to intense of a blue IMO.

I agree on the blue thing, he's BLASTING that color, it's like something from a fruit-flavored kids beverage.

Lucasfilm approved this blue though.

Somebody at Lucasfilm needs a big slap then for letting that Frankenberry blue get through approval.

Maybe they knew and decided "we need to make this character more exciting, add some more blue and put him in a chair and charge $200, yeah that's it."

Little do they know there's discerning fans out there that won't put up with such nonsense. Not this one anyways. I can get past the chair eventually, but not that intense blue skin. Even Aayla is not that blue.

Look at all the different hues the character has on just his Wookieepedia page! http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Thrawn

Yeah sure enough. Guess it depends on the artist's interpretation. He's darker in some pics, lighter like the Hasbro version in others.

Though I think this Sideshow version has got to be the most vibrant blue of all of them.
I still think they need such a slap! lol

Yeah, I prefer the subtle pale blue, but it's not really going to matter in the long run since I'm not going to buy him. ;)
