Looks pretty impressive. It's $35 at walmart.com. I thought one part of their description was funny, "Top hatch of vehicle really opens" like hey, it's not as cheap as you think it is.

I don't have a tape measure (or the droid for that matter) in front of me, but I was really surprised at how large it is with the legs extended. The legs are folded in the box so it is much taller than the box is long. I know that doesn't help much, but I thought it was well worth the $35 price tag for something to tower over my at-te.

thanks, it looks cool and was pretty huge and menacing in the movies. I can imagine a line of them set up in a battle scene diorama.

I took a few pics of mine. I was surprised how tall it is. In the first 2 pics I put a clone by the far right leg for scale.

Here's how it looks next to the Tri-Droid figure that was released last year. Thank you to that OTHER site for letting me usesteal the image.

Thanks for posting the pic of the Octuparra TOWERING over the Turbo Tank. My Octuparra is so large I can't fit it on any of my usual display locations!

No problem, I really was surprised how tall it is. Hopefully the joints will stay tight so it can keep being that tall;)

It's rather amusing in hindsight, isn't it!

Well, the "small" one appeared in the film on Utapau, so it's not like they were thinking that could replace the bigger one. It's still one of the biggest basic figures they've done, but even it pales in comparison to the huge Octuptarra.

yeah, the 8" tri droid is the tallest basic (carded) figure of all time, so it actually isn't that puny. Next to the big one it looks tiny though. Great pics, I'm gonna look for one now.

I just got this for xmas, was writing my post in the other thread about it and figured this part was appropriate here as well:

The thing is big when standing at its lowest, which is 1' tall. Extending the legs all the way out is ridiculous though, this thing is MASSIVE, it adds 75% more height (1' 9") putting it into that rare "big vehicle" category such as the AT-AT. Imagining being a clone trooper running into this thing must be utterly freaky and demoralizing, it's 30' tall and it's walking and shooting in 3 directions at once!

Just a head's up on this vehicle. It had been marked down to $17.50 at my local Wal-Mart. When I went there yesterday, it was marked all the way down to $10! At that price, I might just have to pick one up.

This is my absolute favorite piece released in 2009. I bought 4 when they came out back in October and added 2 more since the clearance wave hit WM. Haven't seen them at $10, but if I do, I might add 3 more to have 3 groups of 3.
