What for you, are the funniest moment/s (whatever your definition of that is) in the 6 Star Wars films only and please separately say why, for each fave funniest moment named.

I think 3PO's bit##iness is always hilarious, especially in the early part of ANH.

I often laugh at the dialogue between Anakin and Padme.

Jar Jar cracks me up.

I laugh at "laugh it up fuzz ball."

It always brings a smile to my face when Han, Chewie, and Luke meet the Ewoks when they fall from their net trap in the forest. These guys are used to dealing with professional soldiers in a fight, and dangerous aliens getting up close and violently personal, and then they find themselves surrounded by what are essentially teddy bears.

In AOTC, when Anakin is being chained up to the pillar in the arena, he makes the comment about how he and Padme decided to come rescue him.

When Obi Wan looks at his shackles and says "good job", it cracks me up. His sarcasm is what makes it funny for me.

Anytime Palpatine opens his mouth in Episode III, especially during the Mace Windu fight.
