I told my wife last Christmas that we should do homemade Christmas gifts the next year (this Christmas). She remembered and got started early. Up until a week ago I had NUTHIN'.

Until I flipped through my Entertainment Earth catalog and got inspired by their $250.00 (or so) A Christmas Story Leg Lamp.

This cost me more than I expected, but it was worth it and it turned out pretty good for a last minute project that I started yesterday.

Ah, the soft glow of electric sex gleaming through the window....

Nicely done!

Thanks!

It was fun to figure out how to do it and since I have another stocking and shoe, I might make another one for next year as a gag gift and I will be able to take more time with it.

Left or right leg? (look like right to me) Tatooed, or free from skin art?

It's actually a right shoe. The leg could have been either left or right with the way they made the mold (I think they did that on purpose)

Thanks, DarkArtist.

And no skin art. Just a plain flesh toned plastic leg with a fishnet stocking over it.

If I were to get something like that for my wife, it would end up getting broken over my head.

Is she not a fan of "A Christmas Story"?

She likes Christmas movies, but I have yetto find Christmas story among them. Keep in mind, my wife is nearing 50, so I don't think it would be in her taste to have a sexy looking womans leg as a lamp.

Well, that can make a difference, but so can sense of humor and temperment (?). My Father in Law hates that movie, but I emailed my Mother in Law the photo and she thought it was awesome.

Nicely done, it looks like an actual prop replica. I haven't watched that movie this year. It's usually on all day christmas eve and christmas though. It's a fun film; it's even set in Indiana. My hometown is mentioned in the movie when the narrator notes that the line to see Santa stretched all the way to [obscure Indiana small city].

You can actually visit the home in Cleveland. Someone bought it and turned it into a museum. It's about 4 miles East of downtown.
