Any of you dyed in the wool packaging variant hunters who didn't get the KB Toys Titanium 2-Packs when they were available, they are on eBay right now. Me, I could care less, but I know there are others who do care.

lol

Item = $0.99
Shipping = $22

I think not.

Yeah, $22 priority is more than I like to spend, but I saw just a couple days ago someone wanting more than $40 shipping for one Titanium vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous.

Finally Warstar will believe they were actually released! :D Proof!

I don't care about packaging but it's neat to see them... pretty rare.

Thanks for the links, Cloneemp.:thumbsup:

YARGH!

I missed them!

...but $164 for all 4 + $22 shipping (wonder if that was "Each?") ?

I'm not *that* sad...

Amazing though- when these must have been on the shelves virtually no one in the collecting world had ever claimed to see them. We washed them out as "planned but not released" simply because when Wal-Mart lost the exclusivity of the line Titaniums started selling well. Clearancing them to a KB Toy 2-pack seemed silly but...well...there they are :D

Wouldn't mind getting my hands on the TIE/Anakin JSF one- if only for another of the rare Green JSF packs.

Awesome find! Hope more show up with better shipping cost!

I'm not sad at all! Insane price for 1 or 4, methinks!

They are rare and I guess the green KB JSF was its earliest appearance... that much is cool. If you're a packaged collector, it'd be hard to resist.

What's with the big strap of tape over the front of the ships though? Was this part of how they were originally packaged?

Eeew...

And once again- $15 shipping :upset:

Don't know what to say about the tape, I never saw these in the wild myself. I wonder if it's tape or if it's some shrink wrap.

On the $15 shipping, as I'm in Canada, it's really rare for me to see shipping that's under $10. I factor price into it myself, I decide on a grand total I'm willing to spend and then if the price of the two together comes to more than my limit then I pass on it. I guess that's the reason I still need 63 of the 257 Titanium / MM Die-Cast / X-Ray Fleet. Way I see it is eventually I'll find what I need for a reasonable price.

I think it's shrink wrap, too.

I agree, Cloneemp. eBay is a war of attrition. Hang in there long enough and you'll find whatever you seek at a reasonable price...
I've lately noticed that a number of US e-tailers have smartened up and adjusted their Canadian shipping downwards... this is a new thing since the "economic downturn"/ Depression. I tend to look at SFG, BBTS, and TFAW in particular. HTS is a notable exception... slapping a $20 fee on top killed any chance of me EVER ordering directly from them.

I've never ordered from HTS, and as long as they have that ridiculous charge, I never will.
