My station aired this debate the other night, so much fun living in the state with the wackiest politicians.

Did you forget about my state, DQ? I think we've got that market cornered! :crazed: *

*Any similarity to California politicians portrayed by this emoticon is purely coincidental...

TV's Andy Levy tweeted a link to some video clips of this guy. Andy went out to register to vote and I was saddened that I was already registered in Colorado and could not vote for this guy.

I feel as though a spontaneous song and dance number is needed.

La vie boheme?

I'd vote for him. He's more genuine than anyone running in California.

I had to go watch that on YouTube... that was great. Is it just me or does that guy look like a film negative of Hulk Hogan? Bizarro Hulk?

Seriously though, the guy is right. It seems like, in my area at least, that rents are as high (if not sometimes higher) than some mortgage payments. While some real estate prices may have fallen, I haven't seen rents reflect that.

He was just on Hannity tonight. That should be rerun in a couple hours.

Did he actually have any points aside from the rent being too high and his party's support of man/shoe marriage? :D

Some of it sort of sounded like it made sense. Talked about reducing rent and taxes. Said something about the rent control board being corrupt, and that the money to pay for some of this stuff was already there from the stimulus or something. When asked how much he paid in rent, all he would say is that he pays.

Nothing more about bulldozing the mountains in the middle of the state to make factories or about his time in Viet Nam?

Plue, SNL spoofed him this weekend, which means he will probably make a small fortune in speaking fees after the election. :D
