I just tried submitting news, but got locked out of doing so.

You have to submit it in a particular sub-category, like Hasbro AOTC Toys.

Yeah, I tried that. It says that I do not have permission to access this page, etc. I am trying to submit to Ep II, but I tried other headings as well with the same result.
