What do you mean "Today"? Also that doesn't give you an excuse to be streaking on the forum.

Down to 114, with we three kings as the only registered ones, now. It is a Thursday, you know... lots of things to do.

I'd say that would be true for a Monday, but Thursday is the day to begin the slacktastic slide into the weekend!!!!

...and I wasn't streaking; I was just pulling my pants down... a little. :triumphant:

Well, you know, it happens. Perhaps if one were to offer free pies?

Yeah, I know. I was just looking for some friends and none were around. I got sad; threw a pity party and stuff. You know?

I could probably count on two hands the number of new posts in the TVC section since the day before SDCC and I would probably still have some fingers left over. I'm not sure if that's a criticism of the amount of traffic on this site or of the lackluster and disappointing showing by Hasbro at SDCC.

As I write this there are 116 people with 8 being members. Not much has changed since you started this thread JP.

I think it has mostly to do with the poor showing by Hasbro and the lack of product in the stores. Theres just not a whole lot to get excited about right now.

See, I always thought of this place to be about a lot more than just collecting-- especially in the last few years. :(

There have been ebbs and flows over the 12+ years I've been here at SSG (in its 2, maybe 3 major site changes). The glut of product from E1 sent many away, as did the relative-lack of E2 toys. ROTS being the last film took others to other areas. Summertime sometimes has lags too, especially when it's close to school starting (for parents, HS and college aged students, teachers, etc.). Don't worry; the Interwebs isn't goin' nowheres soon. :D

I think it turns into a cycle. I came around to talk about the convention showings, there wasn't much discussion, so I didn't come around for a few days.

This might be the "New Contest" thread...but without a prize. (Unless SirSteve wants to fix that!).

If it's a "dead" thread, I'd say that human... brains... could be a prize that hordes would slowly advance towards... :tired:

The prize is that you get to converse with me on a regular basis here. LOL
