"New" Titanium collections on clearance?!?!

Dropped by my local Wal-Mart (College Station, TX) and found the titanium collections on clearance for $15. Looks like we may not be seeing those "promised" new molds...happy to find cheap additions to the collection, but sad to see poor marketing kill the line once again...

IMO, Hasbro bought into the 3d re-release hype too hard, that's where the problem ultimately stems from, they thought people would be SW crazy all over again and would buy a dozen re-released molds. Surprise, nobody cared, and so the products are rotting on shelves because there's no market interest for it - niche Titanium fans like us already have 'em, and new fans don't seem remotely interested in them right now at that price. I doubt even new molds would have sold at this point. It's a shame.
