Am I the only one who thinks this ship is very reminecent of the A-Wing, both in style and look?

No Thanks! I'll wait till it hits the stores. I have no desire to pay shipping on this item. I'll order a few figs now and then but not ships. I don't think we'll have problems getting this item in the stores.

I was thinking that as well, especially with the colors. Very very close, both have the 'A' wing shape, both have two thrusters on the back, and the canopy for the cockpit is located near the back of the ship and it's shaped like the A-wing's canopy.

Man, Hasbro is really emptying our pockets there! 30 bucks for a "simple" vehicle. Btw, are there any big vehicles planned with electronic features? I love electronic lights and sounds!

:(

I agree that it does look somewhat like the A-Wing, but at a convention I went to last summer, Steve Sansweet said they actually intended it to be somewhat reminiscent of the shape of a star destroyer. Apparently, even though the Sith hate the Jedi, they admire their taste in ship design. :)

Well, it's not really a "Jedi" starfighter anyway. It's a republic ship that the Jedi's have access to for their use, if needed. So it's really a republic design ship, not Jedi. Oh and DarthMaulSithLord, it's 30.00 if you wanna buy it now thru EE. In normal B&M stores it's going to be 19.99.

MTBWY and HH!!

Yep, so if you wait, you can use the extra money to go towards a couple figures like oh say, 2 Obi-Wans. One to keep carded and one to plop down in the pilot seat.

Why do people start new Jedi Starfighter threads when we have so many to choose from?
