All of the sith were killed at the end of RotJ. My question then is, does that mean the sith order ceases to exist entirely, or can someone who dabbles with the force or is a jedi already become a sith? Or would they simply be a "dark jedi" from then on?

I suppose if Kyp Durron or somebody went to the dark side, they could say "Hey! I'm gonna restart the Sith Order!" and then there would be Sith again. But so far the only bad Jedi in the novels and stuff were "Jedi gone astray" and not actually Sith. I think this is because George said no bad Jedis in the novels, since he's covering that aspect in the Prequel trilogy. After Episode III comes, who knows?

Well, if u consider Palpatine's clone to be a sith, then the answer is yes, for more info look for the Dark Horse's Comic Book Series "Dark Empire".

I would imagine the Sith order could be reborn if someone were to begin researching and studying Sith teachings.
