Submit News problem

SirSteve, I am having a problem again with the news. I went to submit news on the home page and it asked me for my user name a password. I put in both(i re-set it from the last time) and it tells me there is a "name/password combo error" or something close to that. I am not an idiot so can someone please explain what is wrong:cry:
