Count Dooku has now been found on Ebay, heres a pic of the cardback. I guess now we can trust Jedi Rainman and NesteaFett are telling the truth.

"Squeeze legs together"

I think I'll be waiting for a version that won't break after a month. :(

Nah, it won't break that fast. As long as ya don't do it like some kind of crazed madman. I have seen the feature on alot of figures before, and it holds up pretty well with play. Besides, most of us will probably play with it a few times and then sit it up for display. It's a great looking figure, even with the action feature. :D

MTFBWY and HH!!

By June, I'm going to have Kamino set up in the pool, and this "Swimming Dooku" had better hold up. Even sinister old men need their exercise, and he'll get plenty paddling his way to Tipoca. :D

I'll get a second one for strictly displaying.

Good ol' Hasbro/"Kenner" reviving old Super Power gimmicks. Ill have no complaints about the figure as long as the slashing arm is not wobly or loose, and you can pose it.

I'm surprised we haven't seen pics of the Mace yet. He's on the back of the Dooku card, but that's as close as we've come. So, I guess we're just getting about everything we saw at Toyfair on or near the 23rd as it stands. I wasn't expecting this guy for some months.

Yeah, I guess Hasbro realized it was a dumb move not to feature one of the main villains in the movie when the toys are first released, I mean its like having Spiderman movie toys but not including the Green Goblin on the first set.

Rainman hasn't steered us wrong yet, least I can figure. I for one appreciate his work, he's made my shopping on the 23rd much easier.

As for the action gimmick on Dooku, I like it. I'd rather have "squeeze the legs'' than some obtrusive lever on his back. An action gimmick every now and then gives the line some flavor, know what I mean?

Exactly, the first thing I thought of was my old Green Lantern figure. :D

Good oogly boogly. The thing's going for $56 last time I checked. Don't people know that by the time they send the money order or paypal and have the thing shipped it'll be a matter of around 4 days when it's released?

Well what do you expect, its perhaps one of the main villains on the film and a cool looking figure, add to that the fact that you wrote that whole "not expected after May 16" hype. you rascal you ;)

BTW I might post this in a separate post later but my local comic book *cough*scalper*cough* shop had Dooku, Zam and Yoda for about $27 each, and when I asked the guy *cough*hoarder*cough* at the front desk his exact words were "You could say I got them right here in the mall, but dont bother looking store by store, you wont find them on the pegs" , now my guess is he scalpted them from Walmart since theres one inside the mall along with a KB toys and a TRU which is outside the mall but really close. So I hope this clears all those who still have doubts about these figures.

Soooo . . . how long do you think it will be before we can get a nice resculpt of Dooku? I really want a figure of him but I don't think this one will satisfy me. :(

Nestea Fett, you've got a lot of guts in admitting that you're a scalper!

Yeah, I'd like a neutral one as well. Unless he's supposed to play bat the Sidious hologram in the movie while Sidious is talking. :D
Somehow I think being able to pose a figure in a posistion is better than a swinging action gimmick in which you can only put the figure in the pose by breaking the swinging action gimmick and putting their arm in a sling.

I love that old gimmick. Just like old times, just like old times.

Hey Cwizard! Man's got ta make back the hard earned money he spent on figures some how. Besides, I doubt any of y'all bid on it. Whoever did though...well they'll be in for a rude awakening Mon/Tues. at Midnight.

How come you didn't just return them? Could've gotten your money back, or you could've asked a friend to do it for ya if you were afraid of getting in trouble for getting them.
