Ugh, they were supposed to release Lott Dod and Holo Nute to the stores this year, and now it's coming from the fan club. Same with the Endor Rebel Soldiers. They better take pre-orders and then produce them, to make sure that they make enough to go around. :(

I'm pretty much glad I quit collecting the majority of the 12" figures, look at all the exclusives. And I have gotten a general idea of the price of the Max Rebo band sets and ick, it's about as bad as the Imperial Shuttle from FAO. I will be getting the Count Dooku, and I may pick up the Jango, but not sure about any others.

And I can't believe they gave those figure w/ accessory sets to Target as an exclusive. Why couldn't they make that a general release. I wanted to buy a full case of those, and now I will be lucky if I can find all four. Guess I will have to deal with the secondary market to ensure I get enough.

It seems everything the Fan Club offers shows up at retail (usu. TRU), so I'm not going to fret.


And I guess 4/23 accounts for 75% of the basic figures released. Not too bad, I can save money on that crap, and avoid wasting more money due to a lack of selection.

True, but again this are figure 2-packs, and the rebel troopers one will be a big seller for army builders. Nope to the 75% estimate figure Lord Tenebrous, Hasbro is still saying we will get 52 figures this year, so it's only 50%. Still a crazy amount though, the original 14,19,23 estimates were alot more sane.

Oh, a little more information on the Target exclusive sets, sounds like 2 of the sets will be shortpacked in the box. Wonderful, hasn't Hasbro heard of a 8 count figure box with 2 of each in it. Another strike against the Target exclusive, making 2 of them harder to find then the other 2. The following is from Sandtroopers.net :(

i checked rebel scum. how does this guy know all of these are coming out? no one has any info on a 12 inch padme do they? no one has seen the 12 inch plo koon. and he left dengar, zucksuss, and the imperial officer off his list. i would love to see proof of the 12 inch padme!:)

I'm not into collecting the 12" figures. I do hate the exclusives. It only makes it harder for us to find what we want. Target has so little of SW around here and what they do have is too high in price. Our Wal-Mart here isn't much better,but the price is lower. I guess thats part of the fun. Going on the hunt and looking for the best deal.
