View Full Version : Droopy Clone Blaster?

Is it just me or does the blast effect that comes with the clone trooper really make his blaster droop? it just looks really curved after a while. If there anyway to prevent this?? does Jango have the same problem?

I have opened my Clone Trooper & Jango preview figures, the guns droop anyway. (well mine do).
Looks like the way they were packaged bent the guns slightly.
And those blast effects are horrible.
Not sure of a cure, apart from leaving them packaged.

Yeah mine are open to. They were bent at frist but I just put them in some hot water and straightened them out. It's just that even after that the Clone blaster seems to be bending cuz of the blast effect. I actually like the blast effects. They come off so it's no big deal I just wish they wouldn't droop.

Isn't there a way to "harden" the material?

I don't know if there is a way to harden the stuff, but for now you can just take the blast effect off and like it was said by Maul25SW, use hot water to straighten the gun. The trooper is the only one I have noticed that this has happened to. The others I don't have a problem with.

My Jango's blast effects haven't wilted his blasters, but on Zam and Clone Trooper's weapons, the blast effects have DEFINITELY caused drooping. Only solution was to remove the effects.

Yeh the effects are cool, but they do droop the rifles. Only use the effects when in battle!

Wanna hear something weird? The clones blaster is not so droopy now. It looks normal. I don't know what I did but it just seems straight now. Cool huh?
