What is the budget for a film like Attack of the Clones? Did it exceed the budget for Phantom Menace?

I read something the other day about this. I don't have it to hand, but apparently it was 5 million under the TPM. Somewhere in the region of 110 million.
I'm not sure if that means US $ or UK £ - the interview was with an American fella in a british magazine.

Can anyone with this month's issue of SFX clear this up?
