04-27-2002, 05:09 PM
Mine are.....

1.Star Wars Original Trilogy
2.Indiana Jones Trilogy
3.Back to the Future Trilogy
4.Lord of the Rings Trilogy (I know only one of them has been released but after seeing and loving the first I know the next two will be just as good)
5.Karate Kid Trilogy (not counting that STUPID Next Karate Kid, I don't even think of that as a Karate Kid movie)

Opps, make that top 6:D I forgot the Jurassic Park Trilogy. :D

04-27-2002, 05:16 PM
Here's my top 5...er 6...:

1. Star Wars (of course)
2. Lord of the Rings
3. Indiana Jones
4. Terminator (It will be trilogy when T3 is released)
5. Die Hard

(6. Jurassic Park)

04-27-2002, 05:21 PM
OH man I forgot Die Hard. Can I change it to top 7 now? LOL ;)

04-27-2002, 05:31 PM
Top 7? Then in that case...

7. The Matrix (when 2 and 3 comes out)

and for when you want to make it top 8, 9 and 10 the rest are:

8. Austin Powers (when 3 comes out)
9. Back to the Future
10. Scream (hey I ran out of trilogys)

P.S. Shouldn't I have put the prequel trilogy in here somewhere?

04-27-2002, 05:50 PM
1. Star Wars (Don't know whether I like PT or OT more cause havent seen all PT)
2. Star Wars (See #1)

Havent seen many trilogies lol

04-27-2002, 06:03 PM
& dont forget Iron Eagle!!

04-27-2002, 06:25 PM
However you have to remember there are 4 Iron Eagle films with the final one being released on HBO and video only. My question also has been, how did Louis Gossett Jr. go from winning an Emmy in Roots and an Oscar in An Officer and a Gentleman to Jaws 3-D, Iron Eagle, to now making his biggest wave in The Inspectors films. Just a shame ...

However I did enjoy Enemy Mine, Iron Eagle I & III, and Diggstown.

By the way, what does one call a series with 4 films, a quadrology???

howard the duck is from GL ? I always loved that movie when I was small kid...

04-28-2002, 10:18 AM
Yeah, GL I believe wrote the movie. I know for a fact that he was involved in one form or another with Howard the Duck.

You guys have mentioned alot of other trilogys that I forgot about. Like RoboCop, Bev. Hills Cop, and yes even The Matrix (but I don't know how the 2 sequels can top the 1st) The 1st was down right frickin' AWESOME.

On the talk about Howard the Duck, have you all seen the Behind the Scenes entry for the duck in starwars.com's databank?

Star Wars
Jurassic Park

Those are the only 2 I really like.

05-24-2002, 11:43 PM
Don't forget Blair Witch when the prequel comes out. There is going to be T4 so it won't be a triliogy. Plus there is going to be a new BAck to the Future.

05-25-2002, 12:34 AM
Where did you get this info from scuffilizer? I don't think that they would ruin the Back to the Future Trilogy, besides Michael J Foxes health is not that great and it has been 13 years since the last one, he definately has aged, so I don't think they will do one without Fox.

As for Blair Witch, I would have to put that in the category of WORST trilogy EVER!

06-08-2002, 09:04 PM
Fight Club Trilogy? there is only one movie and one book!

06-08-2002, 10:06 PM
5 Jurassic Park
4 Rambo
3 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
2 Indiana Jones
1 Star Wars

Eternal Padawan

That 'plains it all.
