This has nothing to do with this site. But I thought someone here could help . . . . . . . . . . . gee, I feel like I did this b/4, eh Big-B??

Anyway, sometime ago I lost my flash player. I do not know where or how I lost it but I did. Now anytime I go to a site that uses flash, a box appears to download the new version. The 1st couple ot times I did it, but it would freeze my computer every time!! So then I went to the offical site and tried to download from there. Same thing.

Anyone know what the problem is or what I can do to fix it??

format and install XP Professional. :p
uh..does it do the same thing when you install the Shockwave (http://www.shockwave.com) player? it may be your security settings, or any other number of things. what version are you trying to get? 5 or 6?

He he he . . . . . hm. Don't really have the $ for XP, although I'd love to get it:happy:.

No, my Shockwave is just fine. Its only the Macromedia Fash Ver. 6.0 that I have a problem with. Sometimes I hate this thing!!
