Hi
I just wanted to know what Astomech Droids are currently available.
I have an R2-D2 and R2-Q5 and an R5-D4 on order, but what else is out there?
I am not bothered about different versions of the same astromech (like the numerous R2-D2's), just the different droids available.
Cheers

Theres R2-B1, from the Episode 1 line and a red Astromech that came with the Queens Royal Starship, but I can't remember his name.

Don't forget R2-A6 if your looking for the 6" astromech droids. Along with R2, R2 with utility arms, and R5-D4
BCJ, you forgot the COMMTECH Artoo with holo Leia. Only the best Artoo ever made!
I think you should post the bad song lyrics of shame once again.:p
Dont forget "Droids" R2-D2 :)

No. You may not ask a question because you just did and we have a "One Question Limit." Anyways.......I think that what they said covers it! Good work!:D

The name of the red astromech on the Queen's Starship is R2-R9, according to R2-D2 Naboo Escape's Force File.

Yep, u missed two droids...the ones included in the Xwing versions (well, thats actually half droids, but the fx/X-wing version is really cool).

bigbarada, you are right.
"...I am, I said
To no one there...
Not even the chair..."
p.s. "Droids" isn't in my collection, but I guess it counts for others.

Have you seen the droids/Ewoks toys??? lame.
So In total R2-D2, R5-D4, R2-R9, R2-B1, and R2-Q5.
I also heard rumor of StarTours exclusive figures also availible thru the FanClub next year and R2-A6 will be one of the figures released. But thats a rumor. But I really want him because he'll be my "Whistler" R2 unit if I ever customize a Corran Horn figure:D

But you have to admit that there are some parts of the Star Wars that are lame.

Why don't I count them? Well, they're Droids and Ewoks figures, not Star Wars. Yes, SW is the overall collection, and Fett, Wicket, R2, C3PO, and A-Wing Pilot show up, but I feel they're not part of the SW collection, just separate ones. That's all.

Oh, yeah?! What about the red and blue R2's from the X-Wing and Y-Wing Lego sets? They have just as much right to be called astromech units as R5-D4. Just because they're much, much smaller...Jeez! What a bunch of figurists. ;)

Droids were lame. Ewoks were lame. Crystal Star was lame. Anderson's Jedi Academy Trilogy was lame. That Episode 1 "Create your own Gungan enviroment" CD-Rom was lame. Plenty of lameness in the Star Wars Galaxy. Lame. Lame.
