I saw an Ebay auction going on where these two figures were being auctioned off together. With three days remaining, the price was 47 bucks! Are these two figures considered rare? In my area they weren't pegwarmers, but were not rare either. Weird!

Sounds like a case of someone running up his own auction, so he doesn't have to sell to someone, but can inflate his feedback. Typical manuver on Ebay. Care to post the item number, or a link?

Looks to me that the guy is having a laugh. $47 ?? must be joking.

$15 max and that's at a push.

Those figures are still 6-7 here in the UK.

The Saesee Tiin maybe slightly rare by now, but D. Chewie by all rights should be a peg warmer if it were still in stores in appreciable amounts.

I'm baffled by this. Who would pay that much for those two? Like my dad always said, "You can't argue with a fool."

Exactly. I had to buy my Saesse Tiin online, but those Chewies were everywhere for a long time.
