Thread update notification not working

A few of the threads that I have recently posted to are not showing up in my control panel. I thought that posting automatically subscribes one to the thread and email's are sent to inform about new posts. The problem is intermittent. Some of the threads send me update notification while I'm not subscribed to others.:confused:

I ran some maintenance scripts. LMK if it is still doing it.
