Bespin Luke in Dallas

I am wondering where anyone has been able to find the Bespin Luke/Vader in Dallas. I have not seen them or Count Dooku at all. THe Boshek wave was super easy to find but it seems everybody has a Luke/Vader but me.

I'm in Dallas and I haven't seen any of that wave :(
