Did you guys notice that Dooku did not take a knee before Sidious when they met at the end (compared to Vader when he was clearly subserviant)?
I wonder what the significance of that is? Is there an internal power strugle between the 2 Sith or am I just reading too much into this?

Maybe Vader is just more obedient than Dooku.

Vader owes Palpatine alot, by the time of original films. His guidance and friendship, for one. We see a little bit of that during E2 when they talk alone in Palpy's office. Their relationship is starting to show even then. I am sure there will be more reasoing to it, after EIII opens. :)

Count Dooku is older than Palpatine, so it would look kinda foolish.

We never saw Maul kneel before Palpatine.
Although, I see Papatine and Tyrannus kinda as an equal partnership even if Palps is the master. I think if Obi-Wan had been swayed, Tyrannus would have killed Palps. Maul and Vader were both a lot younger than Palps and were more apperenticed by him. I think Tyrannus got a lot of his Dark power on his own. Just my opinion.

I think Dooku isn't quite as subservient an apprentice as Vader. It seems to be a joint venture for power gaining going on between Sidious and Dooku. Vader joined Palpatine broken physically and mentally, not as an equal or near-equal looking to gain more power. At least IMO.
