how can i make my arvatar move?

i tryed to do it in a powerpoint, but it doesn't save as a jpeg or bip...etc. can someone help?

The only kind of web-graphic that can be animated is a GIF, and you need a GIF Animator program to do it. There used to be a web-based system that made animated GIFs using your images, but I think it's offline now.

For the animated GIFs I made for this site (such as the lightsaber icon and transforming Droideka avatar), I used Adobe Photoshop to draw the frames and Jasc Animator Shop to put them together and turn them into GIFs.
