So did anyone hear about Hayden wanting to be the one who killed Mace? I would think that would be an interesting battle to see. See the Anakin kill the Jedi Master who said he would not be trained. Just to see how powerful a jedi he could have become, but now to see how powerful of a sith lord he WILL become.

Mace's Death finally fell off the front page. It's a sad day.

Well Lucas has said that he won't go out like a fool (something to that effect. It's in a Samuel L. Jackson quote somewhere.)

So I think that Vader (Anakin) will take him out.

Actually that was Sam's request. I don't even know if he has been signed for 3 yet....or if he will be. He probably will, but I don't want the story dictated by Sam because he want's a flashy death scene with Vader.

I agree Jedi Clint. Its not upto Sam how and when he dies, it is upto George. Personally I think Sam has been getting special treatment on the set just because of his acting status. No doubt he is a fine actor, but I dont think he should be the one determining his character's death.

I agree Jedi Clint and Jango!!! George should make the decision.I think Palp will tell Anakin to strike him down and join him by his side.Yes,that's right I believe Mace is a sith.

And Lord Vader you know I am a supporter of that theory as well. I also believe Mace is a Sith, but I wont go all into it here since there is a whole other thread on the subject.

I'd rather see Boba kill him, at least he has a good enough reason to.

A great heroic end for Mace would be cool, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mace's death wasn't done in the same fashion as Anakin's attack on the tusken raider camp. The ignition of a light saber, a scream or two, and then cut away to another scene. It would hold more suspense and mystery.

***SPOILER WARNING***

Palpatine actually kills Mace with force lightening by throwing out of a window after Anakin chops off his hand.

So Mace died like a punk after all.

Sounds like something from Supershadow, definitely impossible since Slicker's Nephew hadn't even been born yet.
