Just about any line from Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail is quotable. Heck, just about any Monty Python line is quotable. Some of my favorites:

Han to Leia: "I love you". Leia to Han: "I know". Perfect compliment to the ending scenes of ESB. Very nice to see Han becoming a little dependent on someone else. By far the most developed character or any in the SW universe.
