I have the collection 1 Darth Maul still in the package. Is it worth anything. wizardworld.com has it listed for $15. Is that accurate?

Wow! I can't believe you found this one!
You'd be hard pressed to find someone who would pay less than $45 for that beauty! Sell it on eBay immediately.

Where are you getting your information on Darth Maul's "rarity" from? If it's the Collection 1 Darth Maul (Jedi Duel), then it's not worth over the listed $15; and I'm surprised it's worth that much! That figure has been a peg-warmer for quite some time now. The only time it was rare was when it was first released.

I know (and it wasn't rare when it was first released, it was still all over the place in my area).
I was being sarcastic.
This figure might go for two dollars.

I usually find that ebay is a relatively good gauge to determine what people are willing to pay for a figure. "book values" are usually worthless.

You also have to consider that with so many of these figures on the pegs, the value is not worth that much. Personally I have a few carded just because I had to do so much hunting for him when they were first released.

If it's any consolation, on my hunt for the newer EP2 figs, I found 4 Jedi Duel Maul's and 2 Tatooine Maul's at a KB Toys. They even had lightsabers! No sign of the Bespin wave though.....

In my area, this Maul sells at USD1.6. As good as worthless.

It's worth exactly as much as you were willing to pay for it.
