Republic gunship?

So it is coming out right? as part of the action fleet? does anyone know when it is going to ome out? or if there are any pics of it? also i know this isent about micro machines but do you guys know when the 3 3/4 scale republic gunship is coming out some places say august and some say fall or December so do you kow when it is actualy coming out?

Action Fleet one: No pics of it yet but Hasbro claims it'll be out, and it is on the SW.com cargobay (no pic or date there though).

4" Figure one: August 15th, according to walmart.com who is taking preorders.
