I was just wondering if you all think that Wedge or any other rebels will be in Ep III. For that matter, what other familiar faces will be seen let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I once made up a complicated story about how Palpatine had Wedge's dad (Bail Antilies of alderaan from Ep I) murdered to get him out of the way- so that he could be appointed supreme chancellor.
This also explains why Bail Organa is senator for Alderaan in Ep II. Because his predecessor was killed.

The Antillies family eventually find out that the (now) emperor was behind the murder and flee to Corelia (or whatever) giving Wedge a good reason to join the rebellion.

Wedge's parents were killed when pirates blew up their refueling space station over Corellia. (Wedge's 'rents ran a mom'n'pop GAS station....;)) Good idea, though.

But that's EU.
So it doesn't count. ( i don't necessarily mean that my theory may be right.)

And it doesn't explain why the rep. for Alderaan in ep I was named Antillies!

Your convoluted theory to explain why a second tier character would be in the OT would be EU also because they aren't going to waste precious Episode III screen time explaining it.

Did I mention I like it?
